SIN
Last Friday Luke informed Laura that he was going to do whatever he wanted to do. He said he did not care if we put him in timeout, gave him x's on his discpline chart, or used any others means of discipline. Luke followed this up on Saturday with one of the biggest fits he has ever thrown which came to an exciting climax by him peeing right in the middle of our living room floor. This was no accident, you could see the wheels turning in his head and just how pre-meditated it was. Needless to say his behavior has been much better since Saturday, but Laura and I were reminded of the effects of the Fall and the depth of sin in us all no matter what age.

That is TERRIBLE! But, am I also allowed to laugh a little?
It is terrible and you can laugh because we laughed a little too.
ooohhhh! Is this what i have to look forward to? Emory will already bite herself when she is mad at me. And it leaves teeth marks and a bruise that will last for DAYS! I wonder who's temper she got.....?
What a picture of how we act towards God when WE sin! We pee on His floor everyday, yet He cleans it up, knowing we'll do it all over again tomorrow. Thanks for the reminder, S&L!!
;o) Cute, makes me laugh too. I remember the days...I miss little ones.We are reading the book "Shepherding a Child's Heart" by Tedd Tripp. It has been great for our family. He mentions that kind of sin in his book. Have your read it?
